Last Stop in New Zealand...Queenstown!

You know every entry I have had in New Zealand has had the words spectacular, amazing, beautiful, and unreal, etc.  I really cannot think of any more adjectives to describe this amazing South Island.  Our drive to Queenstown continued to impress us today.  We moved a bit inland on the South island, nonetheless, our oceans were replaced by crystal blue lakes.  Many of the Lord of the Rings scenes were filmed across this country side.  Our drive wound us through valleys and mountains.  As we turned toward Queenstown, we were met with a beautiful lake surrounded by picturesque mountains.  We couldn’t help but stop at all the look outs.  It is gorgeous.

Queenstown has several restaurants, bars, and shops.  Aaron and I strolled along the water and down the busy streets to take in the scenes.  We had dinner at Ferg Burger.  It is the most popular restaurant in town.  As the name indicates you can get some of the biggest gourmet burgers that I have ever seen.  I have never felt so full after a hamburger.  It was awesome.  Tomorrow we go bungy jumping and shotover jet boating.  I am totally freaked out.  Everyone cross their fingers for me!  Aaron is of course calm, cool and relaxed.  It will be an adventure to say the least.
